• 40.9% of LVMH is owned by Financière Jean Goujon, a company whose sole purpose is to hold LVMH shares.
• Christian Dior SA owns 100% of Financière Jean Goujon.
• The Arnault family, in turn, has a 70.4% direct and indirect holding in Christian Dior.
• Groupe Arnault, in which the Arnault family has 93.2%, holds the Christian Dior shares and has a separate 5.6% stake in LVMH.
